The support and direction Alan gave me was incredible. We initially came to him because we needed to purchase medical insurance for our family. Alan took the time to learn about our needs and provided us options that made sense for us, medically and financially. The plan we ultimately chose gave us everything we needed for the best price, not just the cost of the premium but all our medical costs. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small.
I reached out to Alan again as we approached retirement. Alan took the time to educate us on all things Medicare, A, B, Supplements, Part D, Medicare Advantage, deductibles, surcharges, IRMAA ....... Alan helps you to make the best choice for yourself with eyes and ears wide open. Alan understands the importance of these decisions and how they affect your life and the lives of your family. Update:

Many thanks again to Alan Sussman for helping me with my insurance needs. I was so pleased with Alan's assistance when I needed auto insurance, and I reached out to him again recently for homeowner's insurance. Alan's knowledge, attention to detail, quick response time to my many questions, genuine kindness, patience, and overall perfection is why I will always appreciate having Alan as my insurance agent. I know I am in good hands, and I couldn't be happier!
